What Kilnvera reads from your firing logs
One row per temperature reading, as most kiln controllers, SCADA historians and data loggers can export. Comma, semicolon and tab separators all work, and header names are matched case-insensitively against the aliases below.
The sample is fictional: 24 batches across two kilns, with faults injected on purpose.

Limits and handling
- Files up to 8 MB and 250,000 rows; up to 2,000 batches per file.
- Rows with a missing batch, unreadable timestamp or non-numeric temperature are skipped and counted in the results.
- Batches with fewer than 5 readings are skipped. Readings every 1–10 minutes give the most reliable ramp rates.
- Defect correlations need inspection counts for at least 4 batches.
