Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of www.kilnvera.site and the Kilnvera workspace (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms for it. Questions: ade@kilnvera.site.

The Service

Kilnvera is an early-stage product. The workspace analyses firing logs you upload and reports metrics, rule-based findings, risk scores and recommendations. Features may change, and the Service may be unavailable at times. Paid plans, fees and billing periods apply only as set out in a written pilot or order agreement.

Your responsibilities

• Upload only data you are entitled to share, and keep any access code confidential.
• Do not upload personal data, malware, or content that infringes others’ rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

Your data

You keep all rights to the files you upload and the results generated from them. You grant us a limited licence to process them to provide and support the Service. We may use aggregated, anonymised statistics that do not identify you or your plant to improve the Service.

Our intellectual property

The Service, software, analysis methods, website content and the Kilnvera name and logo belong to us. These terms do not transfer them to you.

Results are decision support

Findings, risk scores and recommendations are generated from the data and thresholds supplied, and correlations are not proof of cause. They do not replace the judgement of qualified kiln, process and quality staff. You are responsible for any changes you make to kiln operation, and for safe operation of your equipment.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost production or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

Suspension and ending

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your analyses. We may suspend access if these terms are breached or to protect the Service.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Governing law and venue will be stated in your pilot or order agreement.
